2. Service Description & Subscriptions

Odor Outlaws, LLC provides a curbside trash and recycle bin cleaning service. Recurring Subscriptions: By selecting a recurring service plan (e.g., Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Seasonal), you authorize Odor Outlaws, LLC to initiate a recurring subscription.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected frequency unless canceled in writing prior to your next billing cycle.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service, the Customer agrees to the following requirements:

A. Bin Accessibility

Time: Bins must be curbside, visible from the street, and reasonably accessible by 8:00 a.m. on your scheduled service day. Our service window is generally between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Empty Bins: Bins must be empty of trash/recycling. Missed cleanings due to bins not being out on the curb are non-refundable. We don't want you to miss out on your cleaning so we'll do our best to reschedule based on availability

B. Waste Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse service for any bin containing the following: More than one (1) small bag of garbage remaining in the bin, Any single bag weighing over 15 lbs, Loose, unbagged trash, yard clippings, diapers, or animal waste, Hazardous Waste: Chemicals, paint, glue, oil, or adhesives, Construction Debris: Plaster, stucco, concrete, or wood.

C. Communications
You agree to receive email and/or SMS text notifications regarding your service. Please add Support@OdorOutlaws.com to your email whitelist to prevent notifications from going to your spam folder.

4. Billing and Payment

A. Charges
You agree to pay all charges associated with the service plan you select at the prices in effect at the time of sign-up. Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will be communicated to you via email, mail, or telephone prior to your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

B. Payment Schedule
Recurring Billing: Charges are billed on the 1st of each month (or in accordance with your specific cycle) using the credit or debit card on file. Authorization: By using the Service, you reaffirm that we are authorized to charge your designated payment method. You agree to keep your payment information current (e.g., updating new expiration dates or card numbers).

C. Non-Payment
If your payment method is declined, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately upon payment failure.

5. Rescheduling, Missed Service, and Refunds

A. Customer Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us before 8:00 a.m. on the day of service. If notified on time, we will reschedule your cleaning for the following month/cycle. Late Notice/No Show: If you do not notify us by 8:00 a.m. and our truck is dispatched to your home but cannot perform the service (e.g., bin is not out, bin contains hazardous waste), no refund will be provided. This covers the cost of fuel and labor for the attempted service.

B. Provider Rescheduling
If Odor Outlaws, LLC fails to provide service on the scheduled day due to our own operational issues (and not due to Customer failure to meet responsibilities), we will, at our sole discretion: Arrange for service on the next possible business day; or Credit the Customer’s account for the missed service.

6. Cancellation Policy

A. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing. You may send a cancellation notice via: Email: Support@OdorOutlaws.com & Mail: 295 Sorghum Mill Drive, Cheshire, CT 06410.

Cancellations must be received prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of service to avoid being charged for that day.

B. Early Cancellation Fee (Important)
If you subscribe to a recurring service plan to receive a discounted rate but cancel within 30 days (after the first cleaning), you authorize Odor Outlaws, LLC to charge the difference between the recurring price and the standard "One-Time" service price. Example: If the One-Time rate is $54.00 and you sign up for a Monthly rate of $27.00, but cancel after the first cleaning, we will charge your card an additional $27.00 to equal the One-Time service fee.

C. Pre-Paid Plans
If you paid for a fixed number of months in advance to receive a discount, these fees are non-refundable, except in the case of proven relocation (moving out of our service area).

7. Modifications to Agreement

Odor Outlaws, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement at https://odoroutlaws.com or by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

A. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this Agreement if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, war, civil commotion, or industrial disputes. If such delay continues for at least 30 days, either party may terminate the Agreement.

B. General Liability
Odor Outlaws, LLC is not responsible for damage to bins that are already cracked, brittle, or damaged prior to service.

9. Miscellaneous

Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or understandings.
