How does the Odor Outlaws referral program work?

It’s simple! When you refer a friend, neighbor, or family member and they sign up for service, you earn a reward. The more you refer, the more you earn!

Who can I refer?

Anyone in our service area! Friends, neighbors, coworkers, family members — if they’ve got dirty bins, send them our way.

What do I get for referring someone?

For every new customer who signs up and completes their first paid cleaning, you’ll receive a referral reward (such as a service credit or discount toward your next cleaning).

Specific reward amounts may vary during promotional periods.

When do I receive my referral reward?

Rewards are issued after your referral completes their first paid service. Credits are typically applied to your next scheduled cleaning.

How do I refer people?

Use your custom referral link. We’ll take care of the rest! Simply login to your account, you can find your own unique referral link under the “Referrals” tab. Copy the link and blast it out in email, on social media and through text messages. The more you refer, the more you earn!

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Nope! Send out your unique referral link to as many people as you’d like. There’s no cap on how many rewards you can earn.

Can I combine referral rewards with other promotions?

Referral credits generally cannot be combined with other special promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Do referral credits expire?

Referral credits may expire after a set period (typically 6–12 months). Be sure to use them before they expire!

Does the referred customer need to live nearby?

Yes — they must live within our active service area for the referral to qualify.

What if two people refer the same customer?

The referral reward will go to the person whose name was provided at sign-up.
