When we spray your dirty bins using our 360° stainless steel, high-pressure nozzles at a temperature of 230°, the dirty water is collected back into our specialized waste water collection system. That water is then disposed of in a designated waste water dumping area. Other miscellaneous garbage that may have been stuck in the bottom of your bins is collected in our stainless steel hopper and disposed of accordingly.
Bin cleaning services are typically completed the day after your garbage and recycling pickup. We ask that you leave your empty bins at the curb—we blast em, eliminate the funk and are out of there quicker than a wild animal knocking your dirty bin over! Click on the MY ACCOUNT in the header navigation. Login using your credentials. In the header navigation, click the PAYMENT METHODS tab that appears on the navigation bar to the left. Follow the prompts to update your payment information.
Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the right edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Locate the order you need to pay in the Past Jobs tab. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be selected. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Once you select a service plan, your first payment will be automatically charged to the card you choose to save on file. Subsequent cleanings—whether monthly, bi-monthly, or seasonal—will be billed the 1st of the month on the month of service.
No, you will not be billed during the off-season or winter months. Your account will be placed in a suspended status until April of the following year. For monthly plans, the final bin cleaning of the season takes place in November. For bi-monthly plans, the last cleaning occurs in October. Seasonal plans, which include three cleanings, also receive their final service in October.
Once we eliminate the funk, we stamp your bin with a freshness sticker upon completion. Simply peel off the sticker the next time you throw away your rubbish.
