Pricing & Estimates
Pricing for residential garbage and recycling bin cleaning services may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the number, size, and condition of bins; service frequency; location; accessibility; and any additional services requested. Any quoted price is an estimate only and is not guaranteed until service is completed. Odor Outlaws, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing if actual service conditions differ from those originally disclosed by the customer.
Subscription Services
Subscription or recurring service plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, or seasonal) as selected by the customer at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize Odor Outlaws, LLC to charge the payment method on file according to the selected billing schedule.
Subscription pricing, service frequency, and terms are subject to change with notice, as permitted by law. Continued use of subscription services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service or subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking or enrollment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required notice period may result in a service charge or forfeiture of the scheduled service.
Odor Outlaws, LLC is not responsible for missed services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, vehicle issues, or access restrictions.

Missed or Inaccessible Bins
Customers are responsible for ensuring that bins are placed in an accessible location at the scheduled service time & empty of prohibited or hazardous materials and not blocked by vehicles, gates, pets, or other obstructions & if bins are inaccessible, not available, or otherwise unable to be serviced at the scheduled time, the service may be considered missed and may be charged in full or in part, at Odor Outlaws, LLC’s discretion. Rescheduling a missed service may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds or service credits, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of Odor Outlaws, LLC and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for partially completed services, missed bins due to customer inaccessibility, or failure to comply with service requirements.
